• Auditing – capability and preparedness reviews including personnel, equipment & training
• Consultancy – development of crisis management plans, oil spill contingency plans, emergency response plans, fire & rescue plans and medical response
• Training – development and delivery of Incident Command/ Management Systems (ICS), oil spill response (IMO 1, 2, 3), marine hazardous and noxious substances (IMO 1, 2), Crisis Management, Media/Reputation Management.
• Drills & Exercises - development and delivery of crisis management, incident command and emergency response drills & exercises from notification drills to tabletop exercises to equipment deployments and full-scale integrated response exercises.

Response & Incident Management

• Incident & Crisis Management – provision of specialist, trained personnel for incident command & management, media/reputation management, stakeholder consultation and on-scene command.
• Planning – development of incident action plans, occupational health & safety plans, waste management plans, offshore containment & recovery plans and dispersant spraying plans
• Post-Incident – review of response operations, post-incident r    eview and post-incident plan revisions.
