Post-Incident
Learning where your systems and procedures can improve is a key part of reviewing the response to any incident. REM can provide industry professionals to assist in the investigation of the root-cause of incidents, conduct post-incident reviews and implement recommendations for continual improvement.
REM personnel have over 100 years of collective Emergency Response, Incident Command and Crisis Management experience including over 150 responses in more than 50 countries. This included key roles in the Montara incident in Australia and the MC-252 Macondo incident in the Gulf of Mexico.
